Microsoft Announces New Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate

Following the recent announcement of Google’s new Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, it appears Microsoft is working on one as well.

Available on Coursera starting July 30th, Microsoft’s new Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate covers topics including networking, operating systems, cloud computing, identity and access solutions, as well as management and compliance. Over the course of the six month program (240 hours), newcomers to the world of infosec will also become familiar with widely used Microsoft products, including Azure and Defender.

Upon completing the beginner-friendly course, learners will be prepared to take the SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam.
